Abstract


At present , the world has education on economic development in the first place . Improve the quality of the people we must first develop education and improve the quality of teacher education is the key to educational development . China 's fifth national teacher education work conference has teacher education on the priority to the development of the strategic position of the absorption immeasurable role in promoting the development of teacher education in China to learn from foreign advanced teacher education model . The PDS model \The author first described the the PDS background and stage of development ; Secondly, the way of professional development in the the PDS model \through the university auditorium attempt to improve the professional capacity ; again, summed up in the the PDS model \revelation the PDS model \In this paper, the basic theoretical knowledge of education -based perspective to the professional development of secondary school teachers , \and analysis, factor analysis and the case study method to analyze and elaborate .
