Abstract


Professional development of preschool teachers motive is to promote early childhood teachers actively enhance professional behavior and activities, and the inner strength to effectively promote the professional development of teachers. Through literature review found that domestic research on the professional development of preschool teachers motivation is still relatively weak, previous research focused on the study on the role of the professional development of preschool teachers motivation from demographic variables, lack of early childhood teacher professional development Motivation Overall Examination analysis of the factors affecting the professional development of preschool teachers motivation is not comprehensive enough, a certain lack of systematic, thorough and targeted. The author also found that, through daily observation and professional development of preschool teachers motivation condition directly affect kindergarten teachers in the process of self-professional upgrading efforts and affect career maturity of preschool teachers and vocational achievements. Used questionnaires and interviews, as the research object, Henan Province, five representative municipal, county, township, village-level kindergarten 680 preschool teachers and their preschool teacher professional development motivation. SPSS11.5 statistical software, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, statistical analysis, combined with the interview data in detail to show the professional development of preschool teachers Motivation, and from the personal background of the teachers, the the kindergarten physical environment, teachers implicit ability, the spirit of the kindergarten environment and teacher interpersonal support five major aspects of the specific analysis of the various factors that influence the professional development of preschool teachers motivation. The study showed that: the professional development of preschool teachers motivation situation has the following main features: the professional development of preschool teachers the motive still need to further improve; within groups of preschool teachers in professional development motivation, there is a big difference; showing signs of imbalance of the various dimensions of the professional development of preschool teachers motivation state; early childhood teacher professional development motivation is multidimensional coexist; motivation situation can not be ignored. Influencing factors on the general characteristics of the motivational role of the professional development of preschool teachers: (1) little overall impact on the professional development of preschool teachers motivation of age, job titles and qualifications, professional nature and salary status factors; seniority, job, marital status and health status factors impact on the professional development of preschool teachers motivation is obvious. (2) the location of the nursery, type, resource conditions and economic conditions have significantly influenced the motivation of the professional development of preschool teachers, kindergarten resource conditions and economic conditions in the core influencing factors. (3) In the kindergarten teachers' implicit capacity factors, kindergarten teachers, interpersonal support, professional development efficacy, time planning ability is affecting preschool teachers professional development motivation important factors, kindergarten teachers, professional development total motivation has a direct and significant of predictive role. (4) the kindergarten learning atmosphere, the culture of cooperation, leadership, evaluation mechanisms and impartial experience, job prospects look important factors that affect early childhood teachers' professional development motivation, which the kindergarten evaluation mechanism is the core influencing factors. (5) leadership with the help of colleagues, friends recognition, understanding and support of family and kindergarten leadership emphasis on early childhood teachers' professional development motivation has an important impact on the kindergarten leadership emphasis is the core influencing factors. Based on this, combined with research information, and education for how to improve the professional development of preschool teachers Motivation, try some recommendations: to improve the recognition of the whole society for early childhood education career; leadership and management of the implementation of democratic justice kindergarten; established to promote development evaluation system for the purpose of child care teachers; improve preschool teachers planning capacity; enhance the efficacy of early childhood teachers' professional development.
