Abstract


The class teacher system is an important part of China 's education system , the the teacher work of school education is essential . In China comprehensively promote quality education and basic education curriculum reform process , class work is more important , and the class teacher of basic literacy is the key to doing class work . Teacher of basic literacy teacher in teaching and class management with quality, culture , ability elements constitute the body .
