Abstract


Green ecological garden city is a goal of city construction and development in our country according to the present developing situations. It is a compound ecological system of nature, economy and society, and it is also a comprehensive city ecological planning and construction target. The city green space system being an important part of city ecosystem plays a crucial role in the improvement of ecological environment and city landscape construction, so its planning and construction has also become the job center in construction of ecological garden city. Therefore, on the basis of the ecological garden city and green space system evaluation analysis, the author explores the influences on the city green space system because of modern city development and the key problem about its planning positioned by ecological garden city and analyzes its current situation and prospect. The conclusions are followings:1.Ecology emphasized by Ecological Garden City is no longer a narrow concept in environment, but a generalized one which contains nature, economy and society. Its connotation is the comprehensive expansion of natural ecology and environmental protection, conservation and efficiency of ecological cities. It also includes comprehensive infrastructure and social security of social ecology and healthy development of city culture.2.On the analysis of the standards of new national garden cities and national ecological garden cities, a new evaluation standard content has become more comprehensive, systematic, objective, available, comparable, but there also exist some practical problems that should be perfected.3.Such ecological garden city requires that green space system should meet city ecology, keep city sustainable development, develop green industry and highlight city characteristics. Modern city development has a significant impact on green space system construction lands, ecological benefits, structure layouts and development trends.4. Based on the ecological garden city standards under the discussion green space system type and layout of the green space planning, the guiding ideology of ecological priority is put forward with main function of ecology, landscape and society located. Then seven planning principles are made, including ecological priority, integrity, overall planning, coordination, people oriented, landscape characteristic and dynamic development and the key issues in the planning are explored.5.Through the analysis of the present situation of ecology garden city green space system, the development advantages appear in, southeastern cities. On the basis of summarizing experience, development strategies are proposed for north-western cities, such as enhancing ecological awareness, perfecting legal system, strengthening management team, improving technical level.6.Three major trends are put forward: reasonable functional ecology, plural elements and structure network.
