Abstract


On the basis of the research enterprise information Capability Maturity concepts and models , combined with China's current hot topic of the new health care reform \model , sorting out the empirical analysis of a set of practical evaluation of hospital information system theory . On the basis of in-depth understanding and analysis of the characteristics of information technology in the healthcare industry , hospital information technology capability maturity concept , the core idea , the idea of evaluation of empirical analysis and the use of the model and method . This paper aims to the establishment of a complete set of indicators of the level of hospital information evaluation system based hospital information technology capability maturity theory through empirical analysis of the complete description of the process and research , to create a hospital information technology capability maturity level evaluation model ( evaluation model combination of hierarchical model ) and the ratings system , and can be used to the situation and the level of guidance and evaluation of reality hospitals Case information construction , grading criteria and then given the appropriate solution . Empirical research and analysis process , using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods . Mainly based on the principle of the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP , explore the index weight , to identify and evaluate the process , steps and methods . In order to ensure the feasibility , authenticity and validity of the empirical analysis , through pre lot of information and a full field investigation , combined with the existing research results , independent design of two questionnaires ( questionnaire and the ratings given to determine the index weight experts level hospitals questionnaire ) . Taken to the hospital field research , collecting questionnaires and reliable data , mathematical and statistical methods and principles support the use of excel to analyze the data and draw the corresponding results of the evaluation scores , the final validation of the whole hospital information technology capability maturity evaluation system demonstration correct and rationality .
