Abstract

Human life is the most valuable. The society and everyone should be concerned about life and love life. Life valuable concept is the basic view point of life significance. It changes with the development of the history. People-oriented is the essence of the scientific development concept and the core. It is also the latest manifestation of theoretical results of Marxism sinicizetion. People-oriented life value stresses human life as base. Respect people, confirm people, stress people’s comprehensive development. Pay attention to and strengthen the education of life valuable concept, it can push the rational formation of life valuable concept, awake people’s will of loving life in order to realize the life value. The medical science is not only to cure patients but also pay attention to the spiritual experience during the whole medical treatment. It is not only to remove the patients pain, give the emotional care to patients. Therefore, focus on the discussion of people-oriented life valuable concept in the medical field. The significance is great both in theory and in practice. The text is divided into three parts:The first part discusses the meaning of people-oriented values and definition of the related concepts. Based on the former meaning of life value and the development of life-values, and then explain and introduce essence and characteristics of people-oriented life values. Life is the fundamental problem of human survival; also it is the eternal theme of life. Life value is the basic view for life meaning, it is constantly changing by the development of history. The people-oriented life values is the key contents of Marxist life values, she emphasizes the fundamental human life, respect people, certainly people, emphasizing all-round development. The essence of the people-oriented life values is the existence of human life and its development as the fundamental of life value with nobility, stage, and self-giving nature, intermediary characteristics.The second part describes the characteristics of people-oriented values and its relation with the medical humanities. The core of the medical humanities is people-oriented life value; In order to show medical humanities concern value, we have to concern for life value orientation, the value orientation of medical humanistic care, means for life noumenon consciousness, means for the positive initiative of medical humanistic care to life. On the analysis of the core protection, it presents that the people-oriented life value is the essential requirements of medical humanities concern.The third part discusses the realization process for people-oriented life value in medical humanities. This part sets out the guiding ideology and principles. People-oriented value is the fundamental guiding ideology for medical humanities, specific to human care in medicine, mainly is the following two aspects: First, patient-centered, doctor thinks what the patients are thinking, anxious what patients are anxious, establishing the dedicated service to patients. Second, do medical treatments only when seeing patients, have a general idea of the patient treatment services is to save lives. Next, analyze people-centered life value and the principle in medical humanities care. That respect the patient’s values, personality and autonomy principle, does not make the patient’s physical and mental damage -no harm principle in the treatment process, the patients’health first and beneficial to the patient - equal treatment principle, compassion from the distress of the humanitarian principles of compassion, and confidentiality to protect patient privacy, in short, it reflects the medical object - patient-centered principles. At last, the paper analyzes the market impacted by the negative economic and over-commercialization to hospital behavior, which brings difficulties to people-oriented life values of medical humanities, and proposes to strengthen medical ethics, professionalism; we should adhere to the patient centered and personalized service concept; from the subtle to start, pay close attention to the implementation of health services, through these ways to confirm the impact for people-oriented life values care in the medical humanities.
