With the rapid economic of social development, the accelerated pace of life, tHealth is getting higher and higher,"sub-health state "of the population has become increasingly magnified. With the continuous deepening of scientific research, the human understanding of the profound changes in the World Health Organization to promote the new concept of health communication in the world and is also accepted widely recognized that health is no longer just the absence of disease or infirmity, but a better state of physical health, mental health and social adaptation, which is a healthy three-dimensional concept. Domestic and foreign scholars studies have shown that the amount of aerobic exercise plays an important role for the promotion of health and Latin dance as an edifying aerobic exercise, action bold and rough, the speed changing, gestures and the pace of content-rich, full of passion, the rhythm of the music in strong, with enthusiasm, bold, romantic style features to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the young women, a contemporary young women fitness, ideal for relaxing. Latin Wu Qi from Africa and Latin America, is DanceSport one of the two major groups, including the rumba, samba, cha-cha, jive and paso doble in five different styles of dance.In this study, a sample of young women to Aladdin art training center in Dongguan City, and understand the basic information through questionnaires, from experimental stability and effects of the sample, the batch of samples50were shortlisted, in accordance with the principle of voluntary tie22samples, two invalid samples removed from the experiment, to finalize the20valid samples. In women between the age of25-35years old, three months, three lessons per week (12lessons/month),90minutes each Latin dance training, use of literature, questionnaire, measurement method, experimental method, mathematical statistics. The main study Latin dance training Dongguan area tested young female body shape, physical fitness, heart and lung function, and mental health. Height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, calf circumference, Sit and Reach values, eyes closed, standing on one foot, a minute number of sit-ups, standing long jump far, grip strength, resting heart rate step test index, lung capacity and SCL-90mental health assessment of self-test scale. Aims to explore the positive significance of the Latin dance to promote physical and mental health, to increase the influence of Latin learning, to expand the scope of Latin dance trainer crowd. Relevant conclusions of the experiment:Three months continued regular Latin dance training, physical and mental health of the Dongguan area tested young women has been improved to some extent:①body shape:height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, calf had varying degrees of improvement; adhere to the practice Latin young female body can be upright, weight loss, waist and hip circumference was significantly reduced, the body becomes more shapely and slim, calf decreases, beautify leg line.②physical fitness:Sit and Reach has a very significant improvement of sexual, eyes closed, standing on one foot was a significant improvement to the one-minute sit-ups have a very significant improvement, standing long jump, show a very significant improvement to the grip changes no significant difference; adhere to the practice Latin dance can improve the development of young female body flexibility, balance, and develop their abdominal strength, lower extremity strength, especially in the legs of explosive.③The cardiopulmonary function:resting heart rate was significantly improved, and step test index, vital capacity has been a very significant improvement in sexual; adhere to the practice Latin dance can enhance young women’s heart and lung function.④mental health:SCL-90Scale total score has been a very significant improvement in sexual, interpersonal sensitivity, depression factor improvement is very significant, somatization, anxiety, hostility, phobic there has been a significant improvement to the forced symptoms, paranoia, psychotic symptoms factor did not significantly change; adhere to the practice Latin dance to promote the mental health of young women.
