In recent years, along with the university entrance exam dance especially immortal of enrollment expansion, the dance teacher team continues to grow, to how to better develop high quality talents of dance, dance teacher education colleges, teaching ability and professional quality of high and low plays a very important role, this also is the dance teachers’ professional will research problems. As teachers’ professional continuous reform and innovation, the dance teacher’s specialization made present an important topic. This thesis research can provide beneficial for dance teachers’ professional data to support, and find out the problem, in view of the problems and provide favorable some advice to the dance teacher specialization and raising the level of development. Dance teacher specialization of raising the level of also influenced the dance teaching quality of high and low, affecting the entire dance education development and processes, so this paper has certain practical guiding and theoretical significance.This paper utilizes the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods, from the basic condition of dance teacher, teaching ability, professional three aspects shandong province is representative of the10universities of70dance teachers and83students of dance questionnaire survey, this paper discusses the dance teachers’professional level development present situation.Through the investigation understands:at present the dance teacher education background of is not reasonable, the scientific research level is not high, Dance teacher of course not enough professor rich; Long excessively skills, theory of knowledge learning relative lack; The teaching method, the relative single stereotypes; Dance teacher’s professional quality needs to be further strengthen and improve. To solve these problems, puts forward some Suggestions:attention to dance theory knowledge, make dance teacher theory knowledge and professional skill coordinate development, increase in chance for further study, improve the teachers’ education levels and research level, in the spare time can be added some human science with natural scientific knowledge and make the dance teacher professional quality to another level.
