With the development of information technology , companies , organizations increasingly diverse internal information . How to make the enterprises, organizations effectively maintain vast amounts of information , integration of distributed heterogeneous data resources and achieve field data sharing , is the current construction of information systems in various fields deepened important direction of development . As the field of data integration and data entry field of the core specification standard terminology system - domain ontology , is the implementation of field data integration and data sharing basis . How to build an intuitive ontology , experts in various fields of engineering to meet the application needs is the focus of this research . Based on the study of existing ontology construction method based on the combination of research group project \the tools used in the power domain ontology management , and achieved initial results. The main work and contributions are as follows : 1. Initial realization of a simple, intuitive, and can meet different domain experts using domain ontology management tool. Primarily use Protégé-OWL API for secondary development, and increased tree diagram intuitive ontology editing modules. Currently the tool completes the overall framework to build and debug the core algorithm , can provide a variety of ontology editing , multi inference inference engine , and database storage. (2) in-depth study of the current power sector Common Information Model (CIM) and the power sector ontology design. Proposed an automatic conversion of CIM -based description language to describe the logic of standard ontology language (OWL DL) algorithm , this algorithm is implemented as a function module attached to a domain ontology management tool. The tests showed that: after conversion through this module CIM basically no concept is lost and can well meet the requirements of the machine automatically calculated reasoning . 3 This work has been achieved using the domain ontology management tool that combines the power sector on ontology research and CIM conversion tool that builds a set of preliminary electrical domain ontology knowledge base.
