Abstract


With the development and progress of high-performance parallel systems , the use of parallel computing is increasingly popular attention in the parallel computing performance demand growth while , I / O devices and the CPU speed does not match the rate of growth to become parallel computing performance improvement main bottleneck , so the parallel computing I / O problems to conduct research into particularly important. For I / O problems of research, scholars existing achievements , application MPI (Message Passing Interface) specification for I / O problems , and such studies , little research , the thesis using MPI as a programming environment , the use of two a cluster system as an experimental platform for parallel computing in the I / O problem doing a special study . In this paper, parallel computing I / O problems were analyzed. Cluster systems for parallel computing and made ??a brief introduction , through the use in the experiment comparing two cluster systems , a clear cluster one and cluster two similarities and differences . Through experiments on parallel computing are two basic I / O modes are described, experiments show that parallel I / O to achieve better performance.
