Abstract


The Tang dynasty is an very important period in the history of ancintChina.Theeconomy,culture and dipmolacy of Tang has reached the unprecedented peak of ancient China.Female who lived this historical period of tang dynasty was very different of the other times.Their destiny has closely related to the development and changes of the society.Followed the traditional Confucian norms,the woman in the Tang dynasty was required to become a wife or a mother in the virtuous.They should be in capacity,marure and dynamic,as the ruler of a family.These demands was mainly focused on the rolaywomen.Because the rolay women received a good ecucation and they has ability to take care of a big family.The Tang dynasty,however,was very open and rich.Foreign customs and culture entered and mixed the native culture,which formed a special culture of Tang.The Women were also affected.They has breaked the boundaries of inside and outside family.Their daily life was not only in home,but also in the outside.After the rebellion,the long-time war nearly destoried the country.Encouraged by the government,traditional moral returned the society and became a way to save the country.Women were inevitably affected.Female in the ancint China was never got the same rights as male,this was the limitations of theirs.
