Abstract


In November of1923, in the Tibetan parts of China, one of thereligious and political leaders, the Ban Chan Lama of the9thgeneration QuJinima(1883—1937), People in central Tibet Tabou parts Ha Tsuen) and the13thDalaiLamas(1876—1933, Central Tibet Darboux people) was instigated by imperialism,the contradictions intensified, the Ban Chan Lama of the9thgeneration was forced toflee in inland. This is famous “The Breach Between Dalai Lama and Banch andLama” and Ban Chan’s exile in inland the modern history of China. up to class andevents and panchen in exile in the mainland.The republic of China government attached great importance to the Ban ChanLama in the inland. In February of1929, The Nanjing national government agreed toestablish Ban Chan office in Nanjing. In June, the official organ “Tibetan panchen inNanjing office monthly” of panchen in Nanjing office was started to publish andstopped to publish in March1931, which was published11sessions altogether.“Tibetan Ban Chan in Nanjing Office Monthly” was researcher in this paper.The paper relatively comprehensive and systematic cardinged and analyzed itsfounding background, column setting, financial resources, the authors and the maincontent. On the basis of comparing with other publications, it summarized thecharacteristics of the periodical, evaluated its social impact, indicated its particularpolitical significance and academy value.This thesis mainly consists of preface, five charters of the text and the appensix.The preface mainly elaborated the significance of the dissertation, adopted theresearch methods of implementation plan and feasibility study, put forward theinnovation of this article.The text is divided into five charters:The first chapter attempted to analyze thepublishing background of the “Tibetan Ban Chan in Nanjing Office Monthly” from the perspective of the government’s corresponding measures with the situationchanging. This paper holds that it was because the authorities gradually recognizedthe importance of historical position of the Tibet, and they would continue to thinkevery way to make up for the lack of governance for the Tibet areas. In order toexpress the courtesy to the Ban Chan Lama of the9thgeneration, supporting thejournal was one of the methods to the Republic of China government.The second chapter made “Tibetan Ban in Nanjing Office Monthly” as basicshaft. First, the study did a simple analysis to its establishing institutions, and adoptedthe method of bibliometrics to make statistical analysis of its circulation, columnsetting. The study introduced the thought, founds, marketing situation andmanuscripts resources. This chapter revealed the general picture of the journal.The third chapter made statistical analysis of the authors and their relateddiscourses in “Tibetan Ban Chan in Nanjing Office Monthly” with quantitativemethod, made a count on the quantity of the articles of the authors, deeply analyzedthe background of the core authors. These authors mainly came from the Tibetanareas, and attached great importance to the field trip. The content they publishedinvolved the politics, economy, history, geography, humanities custom, religion,language and all aspects of the Tibetan areas. The articles written by them reflectedtheir deep realistic care. The fourth chapter comparatively analyzed “Tibetan BanChan in Nanjing” office Monthly” and “Xi chui xuanhua Office Mnthly” andsummerrized thir similarities asn differences. Because the two joranals were both theoffice publications of the Ban Chan Lama of the9th generation, from the comparison,we could summarized the characteristics and shortcomings of “Tibetan Ban Chan inNajing Office Monthly”.The fifth chapter discussed the social influence and historical value of “TibetanBan Chan in Nanjing Office Monthly”., historical value of “Tibetan Ban in NajingOffice Monthly”.. Appendix part, the chronicle of events and bibliography about “Tibertan Ban Chanin Nanjing Office Monthly” were listed.
