With the development of network society, network problems also arise, many expertsand scholars began to pay more attention to the network society. They discussed it from adifferent perspectives on the social network problems and solutions, such as ethics, economics,and political culture, psychology, law, information security etc. From the ethical relations andsocial problem of network the anther, tries to deeper research on social problems of network.When the network ethics is combined with sociology, appears the so-called "the ethicalproblems of network society" Network society as a new information technology, is also a kindof social culture accompanied by the development of human society. The continuousdevelopment, leads to a number of new values, ways of thinking and morality change, reintegration of modern consciousness of the society, such as freedom, equality and sharingwith the public, public discourse right and so on, creates some new interpersonal relationshipand the system of ethics, and the ethical culture of traditional gain new growth. Therefore, thedevelopment of network society itself contains the complex ethical connotation. Consideringthis problem from another aspect, we have to admit that it is difficult to envision the challengeto the realistic social ethics, such as fraud, credit loss, people indifference in real lifeindifferent, pornography spread problem. The changes of the network of social culture, beliefsand new values, mainly oriented thinking such as individual liberalism, moral relativism andanarchism, have become many bedizens random behavior. The information explosion, themoney first, technology has had it all as a result of the human value deviation. The problemsmentioned above have changed the field of ethics to the ethical problems in the networksociety. Based on the background, this paper sets the ethic problems in the network societyand its causes as the research object, trying to explore how to construct harmonious networksociety and put forward some strategies.In this paper, related researches are conducted from four aspects of the networksociety. First, through the many problems of network society in the development process tohuman beings, the research status and research ideas of the network society ethical problemsare discussed; second, based on studies on the network technology, the network society, ethics and other factors of network social ethics problems are analyzed, to apply the theory intopractice; Third, to explore the nature of the network society, the knowledge power structure,then seek out the ethical problem in essence of the network society, and provide new ideas forsolving the social ethical issues. Last, with solutions to solve problems as the main point ofcare, with the development of information technology for reference, establishing a network ofsocial rules as the foundation, the further analysis is made to construct the harmoniousnetwork society, and then put forward the effective strategy of building a harmonious networksociety.
