Abstract


So far, many domestic and foreign scholars CPA connotation core competitiveness has been carried out in-depth research , but for the competitiveness of the CPA profession few studies covered, is basically a blank . Research, enrich and improve the CPA industry competitiveness index system can evaluate the competitiveness of the industry to provide a theoretical framework for regional competitiveness of the industry for further research and provide a platform for comparison . Thus, the index system has very important theoretical and practical significance . This research ideas clearly , that diamond theory as a breakthrough and the starting point to analyze the impact of the CPA profession competitive factors , and then refined into a number of indicators , in order to establish industry competitiveness evaluation index system. In the evaluation , the main use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the competitive strength of the CPA profession to be defined . The article first research status at home and abroad to do a summary. In reference to the large number of domestic and foreign literature data after six dimensions starting from the diamond theory , respectively CPA industry competitiveness factors do a detailed analysis. And then combine the CPA profession 's own characteristics , proposed affect the competitiveness of the CPA profession six main factors , namely: the size of the industry , human capital , customer status , the firm operating strategy , industry associations conditions, government actions and opportunities . It should be said that the six elements of the CPA profession basically covers the main aspects of competitiveness . Then put these six factors into several alternative indicators in order to establish a CPA industry competitiveness evaluation index system. This paper is to establish a six -level indicators , twenty-two two indicators , covering the CPA profession 's most competitive content. Then this paper also introduced a method for determining the index weights , and the use of the index system should pay attention to the problem, and finally to improve the competitiveness of the CPA profession made ??some suggestions , and draw their own conclusions .
