Abstract


With the tendencies of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and marketization strongly reinforced, China nowadays has entered a significant stage of further development. Because of our countries huge rural population, countryside covers a large quantity of land area. However, as the agricultural economy proportion declines, a large number of rural population float into cities, urbanization become inevitable, and rural grassroots organizations face transformation tasks of changing from the village committee to the city community. In the city modernization, facing its organization transformation, structural adjustment, service changes, party construction need to keep up with the times, adapt to economic structure transition, social organization structure adjustment, and humanistic environment changes, and break through the inherent mode of thinking and conventional mode.Longwan District of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, where I live, is a typical combination area of city and country. With Wenzhou’s overall development and the eastward urbanization and the Construction of City-Country Integration, Longwan District is at a critical period in which villages and towns are being tranformed to cities and administrative village are being changed to communities. In Longwan District, one of the main centers of the future city planning, the community party building will be representative and of great value as the object of study.This article consists of five parts. The Introduction simply sets forth the information about the background and meaning of the topic, the present situation and method of the study. Chapter One provides a general outline for the problems relevant to community party building. It mainly analyzes the theories concerned and also the social background, looking into the basis on which the community party building can be carried out. Then a detailed analysis of the problems based on the reality in Longwan District will be presented in Chapter Two. That helps manifest the necessity of the community party building. Chapter Three introduces some exploring attempts to carry out the work, accompanied by specific practices and meaning. Chapter Four is a simple summary of the whole passage, putting forward the primary mode of the work and evaluating the effect.
