Abstract

With the development of economy and the extension of people’s life epentancy,population ageing has become a huge challenge that all of the word is faced. In the totaltrend of aging in the word, China’s aging population but also has the speed、scale、fastlygrowing of olderly population、and the poor economic condition of elder-antic. Such alarge elderly population gradually causes the attention of social from all walks of life, so,choosing the right pension mode and proper solution of the pension problems of an ageingpopulation has become a top priority in China.In this background, this article takes the agency pension and housing pension as theresearch object through combing the relevant materials at home and abroad and describesthe status quo in detail of agency pension and housing pension, and comparise thedomestic and foreign advanced endowment mode by using SPSS software for statisticsanalysis tool and the combination of quantitative and qualitative method; On this basis,making a status and variance comparative study about the older’s life、heslth、andsubjective well-being and analysis their relations using correlation anslysis and regressionanalysis; And then summarizes the influencing factors of agency pension and housingpension; Finally put forward fuither strategies to the two endowments of ShangHairepectively. The aimed of the research is at the depth study and discuss for development ofpension sercices, at the contribution of the elderly to choose a more suitable way for hisendowment, at the providing reference significance in improving of elderly’s life qualiyand happiness, at the providing references for government of the incvestment for elderly’sfacilities, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the elderly’s quality of life and the dignity eaenestly.On the basis of analysis of agency pensiong and housing pension related concepts、theory、policy and research results, by literature querying and questionnaire surveying tocollect data, through the system combing empirical research income data, the mainresearch content is as follows:First, on the basis of describing the elderly’s quality of life、health and well-being indetail under the two kinds of endowment models, making status quo and variancecomparison for the pension’s in the three aspects to analysis of both the similarities anddifferences among the elderly pension mode.Second, on this basis to discuses the relationship between elderly’s quality of life、health and subjective, using the method of regression analysis the influence of therelationship between various factors, in order to analyze the influencing factors of elderlylife quality, healthy and subjective well-being.Third, Put forword messages to agency and housing pension of Shanghai, and to thecountermeasures of common problems to provide direction and policy reference toresource reasonable configuration for Shanghai and even the whole country.
