Abstract


As the population structure gradually to aging, China’s aging population is increasingrapidly. The huge elderly population has brought enormous social endowment burden. Inaddition the development of traditional culture, social and economic structure and theevolution of human civilization, etc, makes the traditional family endowment has gone farcannot meet the needs of the elderly. Under this backgrounds, the social endowmentservice calls for more and more high. In2011, our country has introduced policy of SocialEndowment Service System Construction Plan (2011-2015), which determine the trend ofsocial endowment service in the future in the form of policy. And it instructions the socialendowment service system is composed by aged-care at home、the community service andinstitution for old-age care.Social endowment service system including supply and demand these two aspects, inwhich supply level should depend on different demand level. This paper comes from theconnection between social endowment service system and elderly demand. Study theinfluence that elderly demand to this system and the relationship between these factors.This article discuss from the following three aspects:(1) The social endowment service development situation and the analysis. Firstly,relevant concepts and the relevant theory elaborate. Secondly, straighten out the nationallevel social endowment service progress. Then starting from the reality, introduce a fewadvanced urban development experience, analysis our social endowment servicedevelopment reality. (2) Sample data collection and index system construction. Firstly, design thequestionnaire. Select three features cities in the country, totally3600questionnaire.Research different elderly social endowment service needs, and analysis the results fromthe qualitative angle. Secondly, convert option results to score. Use EFA to screen thevariables that effect elderly demand. In the end, retain12measured variables and4latentvariables. They are social endowment service fee, the service time that cared at home,community care standards and service standards that occupy at home. Then suppose therelationship between each module.(3) Construct the social endowment service system. Firstly, conduct confirmatoryfactor analysis, and after constant adjustment choosing the best model. Retain12measuredvariables and4latent variables. Secondly set up structure model, test the relationshipbetween the various modules that suppose in the previous chapters. In the end, analysis therelationship between the structure of social endowment service system. Combining withthe reality of our country, put forward effective suggestions that can perfect endowmentservice environment. Such as improve the service personnel quality, improve theendowment service subsidies, improve the community endowment service content andimprove the quality of home endowment door-to door service and so on.There are two innovation points in the article. Firstly, innovation of research angle ofview. Analysis the social endowment service system from the perspective of the elderlyendowment service needs and demand. Secondly, the innovation of the research method,structural equation model was applied to study social endowment service system.
