Abstract


At the foot of Helan mountain, in the desert the flying sand and rolling pebbles,Born a immigrant communities created by Xiji county spontaneous immigrant groups,named Xi Ma Yin. It is located in Yinchuan Xixia district on the west side,In the east the north university for nationalities,South by Xixia square,The Ningxia military region in the north,Covers an area of10000mu.Its fixed the hui and the han population of about13000people.Development zone has established officially changed its name to XI Ma Yin immigrants.Unlike other spontaneous immigrant communitydevelopment,Xi Ma Yin is a process from scratch to build.In the process,Xi Ma Yin development Zone incumbent Secretary Ma Xingguo has played a key role.In the absence of state funding, he relies on self-raised funds through various channels, such as way within Xi Ma Yin organization relocation within2530immigrants.Within the community to build a complete, the necessary public infrastructure services.And the complete system within the community on immigration unified planning management.From sociological perspective, the process of the special construction of the Xi Ma Yin to complement the implementation of the immigration policy, reasonable development of immigrant community construction has a very profound theoretical significance and practical significance.From the cultural anthropology perspective, Xi MaYin throughout the operation management system using a new kind of cultural construction management mode, the originality of this building in the immigrant community management mode has the useful value.This article is divided into five parts, the first four parts of Xi Ma Yin immigration history, present state of the social structure, the self management operation mechanism, the psychological ownership of immigration.Based on the detailed in the fieldwork data as far as possible, restore the history of the Xi Ma Yin build process, and carries on the complete overview, meanwhile analyzed the folk migration action of social and cultural value.The last part is the summary and outlook, mainly from two aspects:Outstanding achievements in the development zone of Xi Ma Yin immigrants over the past20years to give positive evaluation, part of the development of management mode can provide value experience for other immigrant communities.In addition, Xi Ma Yin self-built neighborhoods as spontaneous immigrants, are able to develop up to now, the particularity of the historic chance, do not copy, not as an immigrant community development model is widely used and promoted.Faced by the management for Xi Ma Yin membership issues still need effective mechanism and departments shall be reasonable and properly solve, it also makes the future development of the west Ma Yin will surely be a long and winding road.
