Abstract


Along with the deepening of the social management concept to explore, the management pattern in our country is also seeking breakthroughs and innovation, which makes the public to participate in this issue have a broader space. With interest subjects diversity present situation, make public participation consciousness began to awaken and ascend, and in all aspects of social management has caused the focus. Due to the community the benefit main body to actively participate in public affairs management, vigorously promoting, the public will be more widely involved, and by participating in community construction platform, and then to the broader political space. Against problems existing in the development of public participation in community management and confusion, the mountain west conference in Kunming, select the author places to live-F community, and, as a sample for the current public participation in urban community management fundamental research and analyze current situation and existing problems, through empirical research, found on the F community in public participation in management at present mainly four aspects of problems, namely:the participation main body is not balanced, mostly in the vulnerable groups; involved in the lack of initiative and passive phase:are more concentrated in the field of participation, levels single; participate in the object is not perfect, lack of typical representative. Aimed at this problem put forward the following four suggestions: strengthen the system construction, provide safeguard for the public to participate in social management; development of social economy, ramming material culture foundation of public participation:cultivating non-governmentai organizations, improve the level of public participation in the organization; many measures simultaneously, constantly improving the capacity of public participation and broadening the participation channels.
