Abstract


The disabled population of society is an important component. They enjoy the sameand equal rights and dignity with the perfect man. To realize the value of disabled people,increase the income and identity of the disabled and improve their quality of life, willprovide jobs and opportunities to the disabled who have labor ability. The disabledemployment security is the most important part of the disabled social security. It has avery important significance and role to the construction of socialist harmonious societyand promoting the social stability and development.In recent years, in the party and the government, the social people from all walkskindly care and guidance and the disabled themselves’ efforts, Shenyang madeoutstanding achievements in the employment security work for the disabled. But thedevelopment of disabled people’s career faced many difficulties. They have a big gap inthe overall living conditions of the disabled and the average level of society. It stillappear an unfair treatment and a discrimination phenomenon when disabled looked forwork. Therefore, it had a practical significant in the study of the disabled employmentsecurity.With the Angle of social justice, according to the second national handicappedperson of sample survey data, it made the life and employment overview of Shenyangthrough the analysis of the data, analyzes the employment security of the problems andtheir causes, and give the feasible suggestions and countermeasures according to socialjustice principle of inspiration, in order to solve the employment of unfair treatment.Then creating a equal employment atmosphere and environment for disabled people.Paper was divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, this paper introduces the significance, the currentresearch at home and abroad and the research methods.The second part is the basic concept and theory. First it defines the connotation ofthe disabled and employment security, social justice, then discusses the Rawls socialjustice theory is in this paper. The third part mainly describes the basic situation of the employment andemployment security situation of the disabled people in Shenyang.The fourth part based on the fairness and justice principles of Rawls, in view of theShenyang disabled employment security justice performance and reason of missingin-depth analysis.The fifth part in the enlightenment of the fairness and justice principles rolls,put forward feasible countermeasures for the employment guarantee fair justicecombined with Shenyang specific situation.
