Abstract


The ideological and political work is the fine tradition of the Chinese CommunistParty and political advantages, it is all the work of the "lifeline". The ideological andpolitical work of state-owned enterprises is often said that often a new topic, the faceof the new situation, the state-owned enterprise under the new situation and strive toimprove the policy relevance and flexibility of thinking and action into therequirements of the scientific development concept. Efforts to grasp the law ofdevelopment, innovation and development of the concept of changing patterns ofdevelopment, and the crack development challenges, to try to resolve the mostprominent contradictions and problems. Facing the new situation, the ideological andpolitical work of the state-owned coal enterprises are also faced with new challenges.Therefore, in order to clarify its mission, aware of the ideological and political workhas become an important part of business management essential ideological andpolitical workers in the state-owned coal enterprises, I believe that the new issues ofthe ideological and political work of this stage of state-owned coal enterprises Theresearch is very necessary.Firstly, the basic content of the ideological and political work on state-ownedenterprises and the main features of the analysis, according to the characteristics ofthe ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises, pointed out its functionand role: first, education and guidance functions; second, service assurance functions;incentives to promote the function; fourth, unity and cohesion function.Secondly, to carry out ideological and political work on state-owned coalenterprises theoretical support and realistic necessity a more in-depth analysiselaborated, in order to further strengthen and deepen the ideological and politicalwork at the moment, the state-owned coal enterprises is necessary and feasibility.Again, starting from the empirical status of ideological and political work onstate-owned coal enterprises, the existence of the problem and its causes wereanalyzed. The first part of Shanxi Coking Coal subsidiary Fenxi Mining Group, forexample, through a survey, analysis of the status of the ideological and political workof this stage of state-owned coal enterprises. The second part is that the practical problems faced by the ideological and political work of this stage of state-owned coalenterprises. The third part gives cause analysis of problems.Finally, the analysis of the problems and causes of these findings, the basicprinciples of design effectively enhance the ideological and political work of thestate-owned coal enterprises, and guided by the principles, focused on the ideologicaland political work of this stage of state-owned coal enterprises to developcountermeasures ways.
