Abstract


Guided by the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, based oncontemporary Chinese rural society, and around the study on main content of the ruralsocial management, this thesis collects and analyses some problems of rural socialmanagement since the Sixteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China. Meantime, onthe basis of existing research and by using the relevant social management innovation, I putforward my opinions on the improvement and innovation of the rural social management.This paper consisted of five main parts.The preface introduces research background, research significance, analysis of thedomestic research results, relevant concepts, research thinking and method, which are usedin this thesis.The first part states the necessity of rural social management innovation, expounds therural social management innovation to maintain social stability in rural areas, consolidatingthe party’s ruling foundation in rural, coordinating urban-rural development, theadvancement socialism new countryside construction, promotion the integration of urbanand rural development, maintenance of the rural masses rights and interests, improving therural social management level, has important practical significance and historicalsignificance.The second part elaborates on the main field of rural social management in the presentstage, and describes tasks and aims of rural social management.The third part describes the current situation of rural social management has made greatachievements, but also brings a new situation and challenges, collects phenomenon andanalyses problems in the management of rural society, and points out shortcomings in socialmanagement.The fourth part expounds the goal of the innovation of social management in rural areas,that is, to improve the rural social management level, to perfect the system of rural socialmanagement, to focus on modern rural community construction, to adopt legal approach andfinally to let all farmers enjoy the rural social management innovation.
