It is quite common problems that all kinds of illegal land laws and regulations of the act in our country’s land management. Leading to a large number of cultivated land resources run off in China. Therefore, We must promptly address make all kinds of problems in the current land law enforcement and supervision, timely stopping the behavior of Illegal land use, promoting the rational use of land, Ensuring the full implementation of land management laws and regulations, achieving the overall objective of land management, There is an urgent need to study the issue.Based on law enforcement and monitor of land related theory combined with the present situation of law enforcement and supervise of land in Neijiang, the author points out that the current law enforcement and monitor of land existing problems in Neijiang. Such as the problem of the basic level of land and resources, the problem of agricultural structure adjustment land, the problem of the behavior of government illegal use land. Finally, Putting forward some measures to law enforcement to monitor land in Neijiang. Such as strengthen the construction of the basic level of land and resources, making the agricultural structure adjustment in land management more standard, putting an end to the behavior of government illegal use land, to establish and perfect the responsibility system of the law enforcement to monitor land.
