Abstract


Problem of public concerns in the purpose of this paper is to study the criminal justice system, the author will first public opinion analysis for public opinion and on the surface of the real public opinion, and then the author should be in the criminal justice system for public opinion think this view has carried on the theoretical arguments and empirical analysis, theoretical arguments, respectively from the separation of powers, judicial democracy and judicial referee acceptability as well as the solution of the hard case Angle demonstrates its necessity, the empirical analysis, from people as victims, witnesses, criminal suspects, such as subject and criminal justice system in the process of interaction, resulting in criminal judicial system of the attitude data statistical analysis. Criminal justice system is proved from the side of opinion concerns the importance and necessity. Most of the second, the author points out the characteristics of the public opinion of justice may damage, discusses the public opinion into the limits of justice. Third part, it puts forward the measure in criminal justice system of public opinion system design and solutions.
