Abstract


Although the theory of Total Productive Maintenance has been very perfect, but many companies in the implementation due to lack of adequate data to support and promote effective improvements caused the failure . In this paper, the actual situation of the unit , to electronic information management system is used , combined with the traditional Total Productive Maintenance knowledge of the company's overall equipment efficiency F summarize , detailed analysis , and improved. First, from the quality of products , equipment utilization and equipment running speed three dimensions of the F 's six losses were analyzed. Create an electronic database of information collection system to automatically collect yield information for mass loss identification, be classified , for analysis of the causes , and then be improved. While establishing electronic real-time data acquisition system to monitor equipment operation, equipment utilization affecting many reasons for investigation , the greatest impact on the utilization of equipment downtime to change the implementation of Single Minute Exchange of Dies take advantage of improvements to the equipment failure for closed-loop continuous improved. In an effort to maintain existing equipment running at the same speed , we drive through the transformation of equipment to improve equipment operation rate. OEE improvement through the implementation of the project and results remain , F 's yield and equipment utilization have been improved , the overall production capacity has been greatly improved, and the establishment of a sound monitoring system and yield -line equipment condition monitoring system, also contribute to the future of continuous improvement.
