Abstract


In our country, the Pretrial Social Survey System and the Community Correction System of the minors is to learn the system of family Inquisitor. The Japanese family Inquisitor system embodies the characteristics of the Japanese juvenile justice system, is also a large number of countries and regions to emulate and learn from. In1951, Japan configured in the Family Court Family Inquisitor, to engage in trial and mediation of family events, as well as juvenile event must survey. Currently, these two systems is still in the preliminary stage of the implementation perfunctory, neglected phenomenon and imperfect legislation distort perform inadequate. This paper attempts to analyze the Inquisitor system introduced Japanese family as well as the philosophy of the juvenile justice system in Japan, the necessity argument of the allied judicial inquisitor of our minor of the special procedures of the establishment of the minor judicial system, functional design, basic procedures as well as basic rules.
