Abstract


Petrochemical enterprises belonging to continuous production enterprises, the use of equipment high reliability requirements , many enterprises in the device manager on both the reliability of the equipment first. Countries in the world for many years of research equipment reliability management has done a lot of work, but for petrochemical equipment reliability for enterprise applications systematic research or things in recent years . Petrochemical industry as the country's pillar industry in the national economy plays a pivotal role in its production characteristics and application equipment characteristics determine the importance of equipment reliability . This paper summarized and device management theories, methods and experiences , based on in-depth analysis of the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company of device management present situation of Lanzhou Petrochemical equipment reliability problems in the management , focusing on the maintenance mode selection , the state detection technology and state repair, maintenance quality norms , improve equipment information technology and other aspects of the study . Proposed Lanzhou Petrochemical equipment reliability management improvement ideas, first , for the Lanzhou Petrochemical status quo, based on reliability, safety and economy should be based on the principles put forward specific circumstances equipment equipment maintenance mode ; Second , strengthen the detection of the state of Lanzhou Petrochemical technology to achieve the status of key equipment maintenance ; Third , the introduction of Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co., behavior norms maintenance operations concept, realized by maintenance operating procedures for maintenance ; Fourth, the proposal of building a suitable Lanzhou Petrochemical equipment maintenance information and support organizational decision-making information systems -PIMS ideas.
