Abstract


Project risk management is a new management science , compared with the commonly used project management theory and methods , has the unique advantage of management . In developed countries and regions , many construction companies have to project risk management as a key management system to use , and achieved gratifying results . The domestic power construction enterprises in the application of risk management theory and methods for project management is not enough . In view of this situation , combined with his years in the domestic power construction enterprises in the three years of construction and management experience in the management and Shenhua of Yardley 4X200MW -owned power plant project , a more systematic study of the the electricity project risk management theory , analysis various risks faced by the power construction enterprise projects , the establishment of the Electric Power Construction project Risk theoretical system and management mode , and comprehensive analysis and elaboration of risk planning , identification, assessment process and method of decision-making and monitoring , the establishment of a risk model , the introduction of the new analysis , evaluation and monitoring methods , can be used to study the power construction enterprise risk management project construction .
