Abstract


In reality, people can experience all sorts of emotions and emotional reaction. The alienation is a kind of emotional experience, each of us can feel it. It mainly reflects the individual and other social interpersonal issues--individual and the others interpersonal, interpersonal communication and normal social relations commonly accepted deviation of the standards in real life. With their relatives, friends and colleagues can’t establish the close effective relationship, feel they have a kind of estranged sense and isolated sence, it is difficult to blend in them. Family functions is a behavior pattern, which is used to communicate between parents and children. It includes behavioral response and concern between parents and children, and it is also an important factor in family environment. Parents upbring is a behavioral tendency, which reflects in daily life to educate their children. Family functions and parents upbring are the important factors in family environment, both of them play an important effect in the development of children’s. This paper from family functions and parents upbring two aspects, explore the characteristics of alienation on middle school students in Dalian.This paper starts with a relatively detailed description about research on the development of middle school students’alienation, and also makes a study of the background of alienation and its factors. And then studies the important works and theories on alienation and family factors. At the same time, it gives an analysis of the current research situation and existing problems. On this basis, this paper used Adolescent Alienation Scale-. Family functions" questionnaire and Parents Upbring Scale on a sample of392middle school students ranging from Grade One to Grade three in Dalian. It studies general characteristics of alienation, and discusses the relationship between parents upbring and middle school students’alienation.Conclusions in this paper are as follows:(1)In the first hierarchy, adolescent environmental alienation is the highest, the interpersonal alienation is the second, social alienation is the lowest; In the second hierarchy, alienation of living environment,meaningless feeling and self-alienation and above the middle score, social isolation is the lowest.(2) Adolescent alienation varies a lot in different Grades, The younger students on the whole the alienation of significantly lower than the senior and junior students; whether they are the only in interpersonal alienation are significant, the only child are higher than the not only child; However, gender differences in adolescent alienation development ale not significant.(3)The dimensions of family function such as affection involvement, roles,communication,emotional responses positively predict adolescent alienation on different levels.But predicting of problem solving and behavioral control are not significant.(4) Authortarian on the total isolation and environment have positively predict the alienation effect, that is to say parents too constraint, control, the children alienation and environment total alienation is stronger. Indulgence alienation of society have positive prediction effect, that is to say he excessive protection, parents spoil their children, social isolation of the strong; Neglecting the alienation of man have positive type prediction function, that to say no matter that the parents ask, and neglect their children, the stronger the alienation of the human; Trust-encouragement, affection-warmed are in a negative predicator alienation, that to say trust, care, love way of family nurture children may lower the alienation.
