At present, the Chinese government gradually move towards \Public services , such as transportation, education, health care , social security , social security improvement of people's lives and survival has become indispensable part of Residents through measure satisfaction levels of public services , the government can make more clear understanding of the needs of residents , the guidelines will be of limited government financial investment most people this much needed service , optimal allocation of resources . In this paper, in order to measure satisfaction with public services , evaluation and analysis methods for the study, a variety of measurement methods will be applied to the Evidence . This study is based on customer satisfaction theory of public service satisfaction research .
