Abstract


2001"Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial)" since the promulgation of the kindergarten to carry out a new round of curriculum reform, aimed at improving the quality of kindergarten education activities. Language education programs as an important part of the kindergarten curriculum, the enhancement of its effectiveness not only can improve the quality of kindergarten language education, but also promote the healthy development of young children language.This article spirit is to improve the effectiveness of kindergarten language educational activities to achieve the purpose of the progress and development of early childhood language. Based on a large number of studies have enter kindergarten educational activities on-site observation, literature, interviews and other methods, to understand the current situation of the kindergarten language educational activities effectiveness analysis summarizes affect the effectiveness of the kindergarten language education activities, from the point of view of teachers influencing factors, so as to teachers to improve the effectiveness of kindergarten language educational activities to provide direction.Combined to determine the basis of the level of effectiveness of kindergarten language education activities, research results show that the lower the validity of, kindergarten language education activities. Mainly:first, the lack of language educational activities developed to targeted; second language education activities selected too many difficult;, language and education activities ignore the language areas of the particularity of the organization and implementation of the process; fourth evaluation of language education activities and reflect on the lack of expertise in the field of support. The reason has both teachers’ and the kindergarten’s reasons, and kindergarten. Therefore, the improvement of the effectiveness of kindergarten language education activities should be three-pronged approach:First, to strengthen teachers’ language areas of professional training; Secondly, the principal should enhance the effectiveness of "awareness, multi-organizational teacher effectiveness research; Finally, the establishment of effective use of language teaching resource library, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the kindergarten language education activities.
