Abstract


In recent years, the rapid development of China's beer industry, but because of its production process, high energy consumption, high emissions, environmental pollution is very serious. Beer enterprises in the pursuit of economic efficiency at the same time solve the pollution problem, we must promote clean production management. China's beer enterprises to carry out clean production practices late, clean production management level is low. This paper, based on the theory of cleaner production management to Chongqing Brewery champion rural branch, for example, the use of life cycle assessment (LCA) method, the beer clean production environmental impact assessment, combined with cleaner production management concepts and for heavy beer Problems build cleaner production management system framework, specific measures proposed cleaner production management and safeguard mechanisms. Main research conclusions are as follows: (1) clean production management for energy conservation, energy, emission reduction as the goal, to maximize coordination within the organization and production of the various relationships through technology, management and related safeguards for the whole production process resource use and environmental emissions control, in order to achieve economic efficiency and ecological benefits of unity. (3) Construction of beer cleaner production management mode to grasp the systematic, comprehensive, dynamic, targeted, logistics closed, ecologically sound, production organization's principle of rationality.
