Abstract


For a long time , the water resources theoretical value much \sustainable development. At the same time , water prices long-term serious departure from the value of water resources , not only affects the rational pricing of water resources , a major threat to human survival and the healthy development of the national economy at the same time . Sustainable development concept put forward to the increasingly acute environmental and development contradictions pointed out that a possible solution of the road . The resource value of their compensation is an important part of sustainable economic development theory , the rational use of resources more sustainable development .
