Abstract


The implementation of the “national training plan”is an important approach toimprove the teachers’ability and overrall quality, and it is also one of the mostimportant channels for the revitalization of the modern education.In21Century,which is the era of knowledge economy, the role of teacher is paid more and moreattention. The quality of teacher determines the overall education level of a country.Therefor, the subject of teacher training is paid more and more attention. To study theimplementation path of the "national training plan" for primary school physicaleducation teachers in China, to reveal its characteristics and law of development, tofind out the existing problems and influence factors, to figer out the implementationpath of "national training plan" for primary school physical education teachers, toprovide scientific development countermeasures and basis for the Implementation ofprimary school physical education teachers’“national training plan” in our country isof great meaning.In this paper, the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview,mathematical statistics etc are used. Combining with related theory knowledge ofeducation and psychology, Investigation was carried out to study the basic situation ofthe primary school physical education teachers who have taken part in the “nationaltraining plan” and to study some aspects such as the training content, object, form,management, assessment and evaluation. Through the analysis, effective path for theimplement of the primary school physical education teachers’“national training plan”in our country is proposed theoretically.The results of the study are as follows:1.Through the questionnaire and the studyon the person who are P.E teachers in primary school and participates in the plan ofNational Training Plan, it came to the conclusion of the effective methods which aresuitable for the implementation of the National Training Plan for primary school P.Eteachers. This concludes five parts: the scientific target orientations, the targetedcurriculum settings, the excellent teacher teams, the diverse teaching forms and thevarious service projects.2.The structure of the primary school teachers in China isbasic reasonable, however there are still many obvious problems in the target trainingaspects. It is only pay attention to the development of knowledge and ability of theprimary teachers, but ignored the development of profession morality which is moreimportant.3.The training contents are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:profession morality, knowledge and ability. Most of the teachers are better in theformer two aspects, but lack in the last one.4.Most of the teachers are training withworking. There are various training forms, but with less training chances and trainingtime.5.In the management of training, the curriculum settings are more reasonalble,the training teachers are the combination of experts who are at home and abroad. Thetraining levels are much higher and the teaching methods have a lot of innovation.The management of service is in place and the teachers who participate in the plan arevery satisfied.6.In the training assessment and evaluation, the concept is old, thescientific of evaluation is not strong.
