Abstract


The teenagers relate to the long-term development of the Chinese football. If we ignore thedevelopment of youth football, Chinese football will be ruined. So the Chinese football must getyouth football development as a top priority of the task. On June10,2009, the General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education held a working meeting of national youth campus football activities, officially launched the national youth football activities on campus. In order tocarry out the promotion of the campus football activities, the national youth football activities oncampus plan was developed after researching by the relevant departments of the General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education. This activity relies on schools. And the government plays a reading role, reorganizing and consolidating each advantages and resources of education and sports system. Then they are concentrated on schools, so as to establish the main channelof personnel training.The city of Dalian has a rich and glorious football history, conveying a lot of importantplayers for the national team and Olympic team. The Northeast Road Primary School in Dalianbecomes the most dazzling football star factory of this city attaching great importance by themunicipal government, the bureau of education and school leaders and getting strong supportfrom students’ parents. They cultivate many good football players, such as Gai Zengsheng, JiaXiuquan, Zhou Ting, Zhang Yaokun, Dong Fangzhuo, Wang Dalei, and Ma Xiaoxu and so on. Atthe same time, it also inherited the excellent football culture. These are the key factors that theNortheast Road Primary School can always keep the leading position on campus football.The method of literature, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method are used in this article to interpret and research the present situation and the traditional concept of football of the Northeast Road Primary School, to analyze the strengths and achievements of this school. On the basis of the analysis and the summary can draw the reason that why the Northeast Road Primary School can keep the leading position on football. Through the study of this paper can promote the development of other schools which also develop campus football activities. It will have the effect of guidance and reference to the national campus football. Byanalyzing, it can be thought in this article that the achievements the Northeast Road Primary School has got from the beginning to present is inseparable from the support of the government, theconcern of the community, the training of the parents, the attention of school leaders, the inheritance of traditional football culture and the factors of the students, etc, so many elements have a subtle effect on awareness and consciousness of pupils in this school. Through the analysis of the Northeast Road Primary School, it also needs to make on the basis ofthe original.1.Under the background of campus football popularization, the campus football developmentmode of the Northeast Road Primary School works well, football penetration is high. For thosestudents, they do not actively participate in the campus school activities, should be targeted for adiversified teaching mode to reverse the students’ football attitudes and ideas.2.Under the background of campus football popularization, in order to change the parents of thechildren in the campus football attitude, we should strengthen the protection of the students.Participating in the campus football while focusing on cultural courses to learn, and carrying outthe football activities that let parents to join in.3.Under the background of campus football popularization, the Northeast Road Primary School,which is the campus football center school, sets an example as their successful football teachingmode for other schools to carry out the campus football. It plays a vital important role forcarrying out the campus football activities smoothly. It should be widely learned and promoted.4.Under the background of campus football popularization, the local government and localeducation departments should respond positively to the national call for the development of thecampus football, encourage and help schools to establish the campus football sport mode, andprovide social security for the local campus football smoothly.
