Abstract


The present situation of education in our country, especially in the stage of compulsory education, from a macro point of view there is a lot of imbalance in its development. The most obvious difference is that the education gap between various regions around the country and the area is relatively large, which also raises a lot of questions, such as, in recent years we are quite familiar with the phenomenon of "hot school choice" which is successively occurred in each region of the country, In order to constantly improve the efficiency of the use of the existing high quality educational resources, promote and achieve the balanced development of the compulsory education stage in China, all over the country have made a various forms of reform and practice, one of the most famous and most effective is the exploration of the collectivization school-running which is took place in Shanghai, hangzhou, suzhou, chongqing and other places.Since the1990s, the education collectivization is already presents a booming trend. Perhaps from some of its performance forms, many people may think education group is just a new form of organization and operation in the field of education, but we should see a prominent content though the surface form, the generate and appear of education collectivization is not a simple suddenly event or copy behavior, education collectivization is a historical phenomenon which is happed under specific social and political economy situation. This is a positively responded and inevitably choice occurred in the field of education that accompany with China’s economic and social development, there is the shortage of high quality educational resources and the increasing selectivity of education generated by the inevitable result, and there is also an important development trend of the change in our diverse school system in the field of education.Based on the depth and detailed analysis of the existing papers information, I have made some preliminary exploration and summarized about the education collectivization in the stage of compulsory education in our country, in order to cause more scholars and practitioners in the field of education to do some further thinking and provide more related references. First of all, on the basis of the existing research, this study has made a Comprehensive discussion about the education collectivization of the basic education in China, and also made some summary about the background and the present development situation of education collectivization in our basic education, hope for that it’s will provides a integral and clearly train of thought for the next further study.Secondly, this study have made a general summary of the operating mechanism system of China’s basic Education collectivization, and also made a lot of the theoretical analysis, and then discusses the advantages and problems about the education collectivization of the basic education.Finally, this article based on the the existing problems of related research about the education collectivization in China’s basic education and trying to put forward some constructive advice on how to solve the problems to improve our basic Education Group and how to promote their development. I believe hat the education collectivization not only promote the level of educational equality but also can improve the efficiency of education in a specific period of time and within a specific range, and this is a effective education reform to promote the balanced and the quality of our education. But in terms of the current state of development, the development of education collectivization in China’s basic education is not perfect, there are still a lot of problems, To promote the further development of the foundation Education Group, we must focus on the Group’s brand effect, scientific internal management system and high-quality education and so on. This is the only way to enlarge the social benefits of high-quality basic education brands, reduce the cost and risk of education group and improve the quality of basic education, In order to meet the modern urban residents increasingly selective demand for education.
