Abstract


Lessons burden is a Chronic disease that should be banned but remained unstopped and should be got rid of but remained uncompleted, which attracted extensive attention of the whole society. Lightening the lessons burden of senior school students is not only the key to deepen the curriculum reform and improve the quality of education, but also of great significance for students’healthy growth. The thesis mainly uses the interview method to survey the current situation of lessons burden of senior students, and then analyzes the performance and the main reasons of lessons overburden. Some specific strategies are also proposed in lightening the lessons burden.Besides the introduction, the whole thesis can be divided into four parts:The first part clarifies the concept of lessons burden-, lessons overburden> lessons overburden of senior students and lighten the lessons burden, analyzes the basic features of lessons burden, and determines the standard of measurement of lessons burden.The second part surveys the current situation of senior students’lessons burden, finds that both the objective burden and subjective burden are overweight. The overrun of objective burden refers to school course arrangement going against educational policies? which embodied in long time and heavy task. Senior students spend a lot of time on mechanical repetition, which is inefficient or ineffective. The overpressure of subjective burden is mainly refers to the stimulation from outside surpassing senior students’threshold, resulting in a negative physiological reaction, negative psychological reaction and negative behavioral response. Heavy lessons pressure inevitably reduces the well-being of senior high school students, which is not conducive to their comprehensive development.The third part analyzes the main reasons for senior students’lessons burden, including four aspects:First, the influence of education concept, namely, the deviation of traditional education concept, the influence of external education purpose and one-sided evaluation. Second, the influence of classroom teaching, including inappropriate, teaching methods-, teaching content and teaching arrangement. Third, the influence of teacher quality, namely, low teaching level, less responsibility and poor attitude of teachers. Fourth, the influence of students themselves, including lack of subject consciousness, poor study habits, and weak ability to resist setback.The last part is based on the previous survey, the author puts forward three basic principles of lightening burden: basic standard, different treatment and quality improvement. Furthermore, the author proposes some suggestions:to establish a sound system of education which is an important guarantee of lightening burden, to arrange a whole school curriculum is the key to lighten burden, to improve the quality of classroom teaching is the core of lightening burden, to improve their own quality is a basic requirement of lightening burden.
