Abstract


According to the student’s performance in recent years, as a vocationalhigh school teacher, I obviously realize that the quality of the students hasdeclined in these several and the student’s study enthusiasm has alsogradually reduced. Meanwhile, the students’ school-weary emotion generallyexists. The students’ school-weariness has seriously affected the teachingresults. Especially the professional quality of graduates cannot satisfy theneeds of society, but also make the secondary vocational education not getapproval in the society. It forms a vicious cycle between the falling of thequality of students and teaching at the same time. In this case, it is urgent tosolve the problem of vocational high school students’ weariness. In order tosolve the problem of school-weariness, we need to do some deeper researchabout the present situation, the types, causes and intervention strategy ofvocational high school students’ school-weariness.This thesis mainly applies the methods of qualitative research torespectively analyze the school-weary students’ performance, characteristics,types and effects, and the fluctuation period of school-weariness. So we candeep understand the present situation of the vocational high school students’weariness. In order to more objectively find out and understand the cause ofthe school-weariness at the same time. At first, we apply Stressors Scale forMiddle School Students (SSMSS) and Teenager Learning Weariness Schedule to identify the reasons for vocational high school students’ learningweariness. Results found that: in seven factors of stressor scale, there are35items separately related to the school-weariness. Based on the results ofcorrelation analysis, we analysis the cause of vocational high school students’school-weariness respectively from learning pressure, teachers’ pressure,family environment pressure, parental pressure, classmates and friends’pressure, social culture pressure and self-mind pressure. We carried on thequalitative research to know more about students’ school-weary psychology.For these items, I use the interview research method to further understand thestudents’ subjective consciousness and subjective experience, so we can moreeffectively guide the students to deal with school-weary emotions.Furthermore combining the related theory of psychology with theschool-weary psychological characteristics of vocational high school students,this study proposes some corresponding intervention strategies, especially theapplication of the emotional strategies which are frequently used inpsychological education in vocational high school students’ school-wearypsychology. In the educational practice, the vocational high school teacherstry to be under the guidance of the educational and psychological theories,which can more scientific and more effective to solve students’ school-wearypsychology.
