Abstract


Contemporary social , intellectual property has become the basis of competitive advantage for the factors of production and technological innovation of the era of economic globalization . China has recognized that \Assessment of intellectual property , the income approach is the most popular of the assessment method . However, this approach faces the discount rate selected this bottleneck , only to master the more precise discount rate in order to get a more reasonable assessment of the results . Therefore , the determination of the discount rate to assess significance of intellectual property is material . Determination of the discount rate , however , is yet to be perfected. Therefore, first of all the domestic and international literature to determine the method of IP valuation methods and the discount rate has combed commentary , and as a basis to expand the depth discussions around the discount rate ; Secondly, on the one hand from the connotation of the discount rate angle of impact factors and determine the principles of the discount rate , made a detailed analysis , and economic characteristics of the intellectual property combined , on the other hand the traditional income approach and improved model made ??detailed comments , which proved that the discount rate the importance of the application of the income approach ; Comment summarize various income method assessment model based on the intrinsic properties of the discount rate discount rate prediction methods based on time series prediction .
