However, due to the nature and complexity of the enormity of the problem of food safety, food safety issues in China still have become increasingly prominent. I believe that China's food safety problems there are various factors, such as the imperfect government regulations, food quality and safety evaluation system is unreasonable, and the lack of food safety related to various infrastructure. Research enterprise food safety management issues in the analysis of food safety control process, from the perspective of supply chain food safety control has a very important significance. The main idea of ??this paper is to analyze from every link in the supply chain management factors that affect food safety, and use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process Management set of indicators of various aspects of the logistics model building, the main purpose of the indicators set on the basis of the analysis, early warning of food safety on of selected food production enterprises, and evaluation of the company's future overall level of food safety.
