Abstract


In recent years, Central Committee takes China’s agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the most important problems. These make a higher claim for the selling and logistics of agricultural products. Establishing modern agriculture not only needs the modernization of agricultural production, but also requires the modernization of supporting infrastructure of agriculture logistics. The problems of agriculture logistics, especially agriculture logistics cost, are the key factor on increasing the income for agricultural products. But the causes of high cost of agricultural products are largely responsible for unsuitable logistics distribution. Therefore, there are far-reaching effects to reduce the cost of agricultural products if the agricultural products logistics distribution center is established on suitable place.The thesis deals with the basic problems of affecting location selection of agricultural products logistics distribution center. The analysis bases on analyzing agricultural products logistics distribution and location selection of agricultural products logistics distribution center at home and abroad, and it also bases on studying the theory of agricultural products logistics distribution, the mode and the developing of agricultural products logistics distribution in our country. After the analysis of studying the location selection of agricultural products logistics distribution center, the thesis establishes a new model that is based on the theory of input-output ratio. The thesis has also analyzed the main income and expenditure. The income comes from the service to the clients who supply and need agricultural products, and some other especial service for them. The expenditure comes from the input which is used to found agricultural products logistics distribution center and to transport agricultural products for the clients who supply and need agricultural products. The expenditure also contains labor charges that are used to manage agricultural products logistics distribution center. When the model of location selection of agricultural products logistics distribution center is established, the thesis have tested and verified the model utilizing the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. At last, the model is checked up by empirical study. The result is accordant with the result that is acquired by the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. The practice has verified the new model of location selection of agricultural products logistics distribution center can be used in practical application.The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. In this chapter, the meanings, contents and methods of research are put forward, and the related literature of the agricultural products logistics and logistics distribution center are studied. In the second chapter, the theory of the agricultural products logistics and logistics distribution center are expatiated. The third chapter studies the basic issue of research on location of agricultural products logistics distribution. In the fourth chapter, the model of the location of agricultural products logistics distribution is founded. And an appraisal model is used to validate the model that has been founded. In the fifth chapter, a demonstration is used to testify the model so that it can be used in the practice. The last chapter is the conclusion, it concludes the foreground of the study of the model.
