Abstract


Man’s all-round development has always been China’s socialist talents cultivation goal,and Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development for the implementation of this one targetto provide theoretical guidance, in the reform and opening up today, in order to train talents fornational construction and development, but also to realize the all-around development of thepeople, our country put forward the quality education policy, the higher education is therequirement for university to cultivate college students’ comprehensive quality. Then the man’sall-round development and the cultivation of comprehensive quality of contemporary collegestudents what relationship? In the face of the comprehensive quality of contemporary collegestudents’ problems and deficiencies, how to promote? This paper is an attempt to answer thesequestions, the author of Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development are summarized, andthen discussed the relationship of the all-round development of people and the fostering ofstudents’ comprehensive quality, the cultivation of comprehensive quality of college studentsmust be based on Marx’s theory of man’s all-round development as the guidance, which beganto analysis of college students comprehensive quality situation and its causes, finally putforward in Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development under the guidance of somefeasible measures, improve the comprehensive quality of College students.The article mainly divides into five parts. The first part of introduction mainly elaboratedthis article’s selected topic background, purpose, significance, research status both at home andabroad and the research methods and innovations. From the second part to the fifth partbelongs to the text of this article. In the second section mainly combed the Marx’s theory ofpeople’s all-round development, from each historical period people’s all-round developmentthought before Marx, Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development, and finally to Marx’stheory of people’s all-round development in the new achievements of China. The third part isthe innovation points and difficulties of this article which mainly elaborated the relationshipbetween Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development and the contemporary collegestudents’ comprehensive quality training. The author respectively discusses from two aspects ofthe relationship and difference. The fourth part mainly discusses the present situation of thecomprehensive quality of contemporary university students, and finds out the existingproblems and shortcomings, and analysis the causes of these problems and the insufficiency.Last part, the author combined the Marx’s theory of people’s all-round development and the contemporary college students’ comprehensive quality training, through the Marx’s theory ofpeople’s all-round development to guide contemporary college students’ comprehensive qualitytraining. Then, author put forward some feasibility Suggestions and measures to improve theComprehensive quality of contemporary college students which include four aspects from theideological and moral qualities, scientific and cultural quality, innovative quality, to physicalquality.
