Abstract


Since the year2004life education has been the focus of scholars and experts both home and abroad. By2007, the study of life education in universities has made great progress. Life education is course that focus on the lives of students. It tries to guide the students to pay attention to their lives, to respect, cherish life, to establish good relationships, scientific values toward life and to improve life qualities, to realize the meaning of life. The study of life education has strong basis and realistic meanings. The thesis will analyze life education of universities under the view of positive psychology, hoping to enrich its content as well as improve its teaching quality.This thesis is divided into five parts:part one, by collecting and analyzing research results and materials about life education, it gives an abstract introduction of this thesis’research background, meaning, method, creative points and as well as a general view of the study of life education. Part two:by analyzing the essence of positive Psychology and life education, it gives the essence and aim of life education under the view of positive psychology in universities. Part three:by using questionnaires and interviews we get some general ideas of universities students’view of life cognition and life education as well as the situation of life education in universities. We also analyzed problems occur during life education. Part four:we put forward the ideal of life education under the view of positive psychology on the basis of analyzing the current situation of life education in universities. And divides life education into life consciousness, life experiencing, life responsible, life setback and life happiness. Part five:to solve the problems existing in the implementation of life education in universities, we put forward concrete and feasible methods under the perspective of positive psychology.
