More and more private colleges will be the focus of attention shifted to theschool spirit style of study, teachers and other "soft environment". Private colleges anduniversities to promote the development and quality, to achieve a new round of theimplementation of the strategic development of transformation, the key lies in the construction ofteachers team. Private colleges teachers team construction in the process of rapid development,also appeared a lot of problems, These problems lead to private colleges in universities humanresources competition at a disadvantage. how to through the perspective of human resourcemanagement of private colleges and universities teachers team construction, building a goodprivate colleges teachers, in private colleges to establish a set of scientific and effective humanresources management system, is crucial to the whole private education career.This article mainly from the following five aspects discusses the issue of private universityteaching staff construction.The first part of the introduction.
