Abstract


Recently, with the rapid development of advanced education, the professorship education has approached to popularization stage in China. A large number of technologists are trained from the professorship education college. It’s a good problem that how to keep the college its own characteristics and develop tremendously. It depends on whether the quality of trained technology meets the social needs. The college culture is very important to the development of college and quality of trained technologists. It’s a very important problem for the recent college education to develop the college culture to meet the needs of social development. Aesthetic education is very important to practice the college education concept. The artistic constructive is an important channel to practice the aesthetic education. The college culture includes of the decision-making management layer, pedagogical influencing layer and absorb feedback layer. In the construction of college culture, the decision-making management layer lays particular emphasis on concept construction. The college spirit is the core of college culture concept construction. The professional spirit is the driving force of the development of college culture. The pedagogical influencing layer lays particular emphasis on the construction of culture and art carrier. An efficient carrier is a half success of college education and training. The pedagogical influencing layer includes four categories, namely physical state carrier, activity carrier, institutional carrier and media carrier. The absorb feedback layer lays particular emphasis on the optimization of effectiveness. On one hand, the beauty in letter and in spirit can be understood by the pedagogical influencing layer. On the other hand, it can be understood by carrying out various creative aesthetic activities. Including enhancing the dynamic layer construction of college culture, an effective evaluation system is also need essentially. The durability, manifoldness, closing and actual effect should be the main yardsticks for the construction of college culture. The methods of evaluation include visit, informal discussion, benchmarking and etc.
