This paper carried out a series of studies algal crusts chinense grassland of Jilin Province . Experiments Leymus chinensis community Puccinellia tenuiflora communities , to Chloris community , needle rush communities , inch Carex community , algal crusts surface growth of alkali spots in six communities as the research object , the first to identify the composition of algal crusts , then study the impact of the algal crusts allelopathic on virgata seed germination ; algal crusts plots and to algal crust - like soil moisture, soil temperature , soil nitrogen content of the difference ; algal crusts and algal crusts of nitrogen degradation ; of algal crusts groups photosynthetic characteristics. The results show that : the algal crust is mainly composed by the sub- aerial cyanobacteria . Cyanobacteria allelopathic on virgata seed germination rate did not significantly impact long inhibited but the root of of Chloris seed germination , on the bud of the role is to promote high concentrations inhibited low concentrations , and the results show that the single-factor analysis of variance the role of the root and the bud are significant. High soil moisture and nitrogen content the algal crust soil water content and nitrogen content than to algal crusts , but the former only alkali spots like the analysis of variance results were significant . The algal crusts soil temperature than to algal crusts soil temperature is low , a significant addition to the alkali spots with needle rush outside community sample plots the results of the data analysis of variance . Degradation of algal crusts and algal crusts nitrogen degradation is influenced by many factors . The last experiment also try a homemade leaf chamber of the LI-6400 photosynthesis system connected to the the measured algal crusts gas exchange situation .
