Abstract


Tennis is one of the most important technologies in the game,good tennisplayer to take advantage of high-speed,precision directly serve score or scorescan establish advantage. Ranked in the top10athletes in the world almost everyone has a good service,and service is the technology of tennis player isrelatively weak in China. Swinging a tennis player hit the ball movement speedis the basis of strength,gap of tennis players and foreign players in China’sspecial forces and special sports ability,therefore,it is very important toimprove the serving speed of movement. Movement speed depends on the player toserve each of the actions involved special muscles explosive force and bodycoordination affec order,also is to serve special quality influencing factors,only the reasonable factors and the comprehensive coordinated development,can fully improve the action speed of tennis players serve.This paper adopts investigation method,fuzzy mathematics method,experimental method and other methods of eight men’s tennis player to serve fastmovement speed strength training means to optimize the experimental study,14kinds of picked up improve special fast strength of the best tennis playersserve training means and eight factors,and to optimize the training means,for training methods in the actual training the proportion of distributionprovides the theoretical basis,to make training plan. And the following researchresults:1. In competitive tennis serve is the main technology, serve speedimprove need to increase participation in service of any part of the muscle groupexplosive.2. Using fuzzy mathematics method, determine the tennis players servefast movement speed strength quality and the relevance of the each trainingmethod, can focus on different experts, and quantitative analysis of theseopinions will help to understand the relation between both, offers a wide range of theoretical basis for training.3. Correlation analysis show that the inductive analysis of the varioustraining means to the development of tennis players serve fast movement speedstrength quality each factor has different effect, there should be selected fortraining arrangement. Through fuzzy clustering analysis, correspondingrelationship and the development of tennis players serve speed of fast strengthtraining methods can be divided into: weight-bearing squat jump, jump deeppractice, continuous jump a hurdle, bended leg sit-ups, two head on your stomach,rapid fluid to the chest, barbell straight clean and jerk, rapid pull-ups, lieon your back for full sphere, push-ups, rapid inclined push within the barbell,elastic upper arm on the outside, elastic forearm pronation, dumbbell wristflexion after spin.4. After each training method using mathematical method to optimizecombination, can produce complementary between different training methods,training and can save time and effort, more economic and effective to completethe training mission. The feasibility of this method has been proved in theexperiments in this paper, it can according to the specific condition of eachplayer, choose more correct tie-in and different training methods, and canpredict in advance, training effect, so as to quantitatively control training,improve the training efficiency.
