Abstract


It studied6athletes of men free boxing routine from Shandong Martial team in the research, they have the level of Wuying.According to the experts interview we plan six weeks before match is the prestage. It has5parts:paragraph of match preparing (1week), paragraph of large amount of exercise (1.5weeks), paragraph of adjustment (0.5weeks), paragraph of high-intensity exercise (2weeks), paragraph of perform like match (1week).It chooses the blood lactate as indicators of the monitoring exercise training. Athletes played the routine concluding hard actions2, and completed4entire sets with a break of6min. We measured the indicator of blood lactate in each paragraph before exercise, after each exercise, the recovery5min.We studied analysis the data by statistical software SPSS13.0and EXCEL2003.Results:in quiet state, the indicator of blood lactate draw a ups and downs line; after each routine the change is consistent, but the highest indicator of blood lactate appeared in the third routine in Phase3;5mins after the4th set the5phase of training blood lactate elimination faster; during the monitoring the maximum indicator of blood lactate appeared in paragraph4, but the entire monitoring process blood lactate highest value occurred in the last pargraph the4th set, the value has reached16.90mmol/L.
