Abstract


Maximum priority index method is proposed by Zhang Huahua in recent years , a new heuristic method , and it applies to computer self- adaptive test relative to another is often used weighted deviation modeling methods of the strict constraints of project selection , it and better control of exposure will produce fewer constraint violations . Maximum priority index is limited to the constraints in the form of the upper bound , the lower bound of the coexistence of flexible balance constraint is difficult to use this method . In the second phase of the project selection method based on the use of upper and lower limits of the right to re- improved function in the original method to solve this problem , and through the simulation prove the the MPI method still improved than the weighted deviation modeling method violated constraints less accuracy is even higher.
