This paper introduces the present situation of diluted magnetic semiconductor: including growth method, theoretical model and application prospect. Then we discuss some Li1+yZn1-xMnxP related materials (Ga1-xMnxAs[1-8], Li1+yZn1-xMnxAs[9-15], maternal LiZnP[16]) properties. This paper introduces three aspects of work: (a) by solid state reaction method, the bulk of diluted magnetic semiconductor Li1+yZn1-xMnxP was synthesized, and characterized by X ray diffraction, resistivity, magnetic susceptibility measurements, studies its basic physical properties. (two) of a sample of Li1.15Zn0.9Mno.1P diluted magnetic semiconductors in Li1+yZn1-xMnxP system, the NMR' dissertation">NMR spectrum measurement. From the results we show that even the Mn doped semiconductor LiZnP. (three) the diluted magnetic semiconductor Li1.15Zn0.9Mn0.1P by NMR relaxation time measurements. We also observed the behavior of conduction electron spin fluctuations and local electronic. Indicates that the itinerant electron modulation effect on the spin. Then indicates the carrier modulation order has a significant effect on the magnetic.
